As a UK customer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.


2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags.

  • Certain goods such as intimate items (e.g., underwear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods without proof of delivery.
